Recorded Phone Conversations

However, these recordings will not be released unless where required to do so by law or subpoena.  Occasionally ‘special category’ personal information may be recorded where a customer voluntarily discloses health, religion, ethnicity, or criminal information to support their request for advice and/or services.  We keep this information confidential and do not provide legal advice.
*For the safety of your loved ones, we will have a 3rd party record phone conversation we have with them. This isn’t to break the privacy they have, these recordings will be confidential and only provided in case of an emergency. We will be using “MightyCall” who has many positive ratings. They are able to keep these recordings for up to 30 days.

Telephone call recording will be turned off, when a customer’s credit or debit card details are given, in line with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCS DSS) and data protection legislation including General Data Protection Regulations (‘GDPR’).

Log Data

We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service (“Log Data”).
